THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The material is pathetic, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd purchased something functional instead.
